Salad with Spanish Chorizo !



One of the few dishes I made the last few days here in Spain.

Left-over salad ....
Fresh spinach, fresh tomato, fresh cucumber chop them all and then
fry some Chorizo sausage in olive oil together with fresh garlic and onion.
When everything is soft, pour in some extra olive oil, a lot of honey and fresh thyme.

Enjoy with a glass of wine and bread 
(for the ones who do eat carbs!!)
